Welcome to the UC Davis Hispanic Staff Association. Our goal is to increase the number of diverse employees and achieve parity within the UC System and the State of California.
In that effort, our goals are to:

Increase the number of hires
Increase the retention rate
Promote upward mobility for career advancement
